Flat, stepped and multi-level ceiling systems with clean reveal edges.
Service 04
Architectural gypsum boards, feature ceilings and cornice works.
Scope
Architectural gypsum boards, bulkheads, cove lighting details, feature ceilings and partitions designed for visual impact and structural integrity — with shadow gaps and recessed details executed precisely.
Gypsum ceilings and partitions set the geometry of a space. They also hide the services above them, so they are built after a services coordination pass and to an approved ceiling drawing.
Flat, stepped and multi-level ceiling systems with clean reveal edges.
Cove details, recessed linear profiles and shadow gaps drawn to suit the light fitting.
Single and double-skin gypsum partitions, including acoustic and fire-rated assemblies where specified.
Bulkheads that house AC units, curtain tracks and structural beams.
Access panels and service points positioned with the MEP consultant.
Boarding, jointing and any skim coat must be fully dry, and joints filled and sanded, before priming and painting. Rushing the drying stage is the most common cause of blisters and visible joint lines.
Yes. With the right stud system, board thickness and insulation, partitions can achieve defined acoustic and fire ratings. The required performance is taken from the specification and the assembly is built to match it.
A flat ceiling with a recessed light needs roughly 100–150 mm of depth. Bulkheads and AC drops need more. Ceiling levels are set at drawing stage so light fittings and services can be accommodated without unnecessary loss of height.
Every component is engineered, manufactured and installed with precision.
