Project Description
Full reception joinery package for a five-star hotel: reception desk, wall cladding, ceiling integration and feature lighting coordination — delivered on an occupied-hotel programme.

Challenges
Working within a fixed opening date, tolerances from the base build structure, and night-shift installation to avoid disrupting hotel operations.
Execution Process
Site survey and as-built verification, shop drawings for approval, veneer leaf selection and book-matching, factory production and dry assembly, night installation, then snagging and handover.
Final Result
A monolithic reception desk and continuous grain-matched wall cladding completed two weeks ahead of opening, with zero rework at handover.
